Monday morning started on a great note and I wanted to share the reason why with all my neighbors.
As I was driving up 34th Street, just south of Thomas Stone Elementary, I observed a man with a trash picker and a garbage bag picking up litter along the road. I pulled up, rolled down my window, and thanked him for caring about the community. Little things like this really mean a lot.
I love Mount Rainier because we have great neighbors!
