Electronic Recycling Sat. Sept. 21, 2019

Electronic drop-off for recycling will be held at 

Department of Public Works

3715 Wells Ave. Mount Rainier MD, 20712

Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 9 am-2 pm

(Styrofoam will also be accepted for Saturday’s e-waste event!)

E-Waste can be:

• Televisions
• DVD Players/VCRs
• Computer equipment
• Copiers and Printers
• Stereos/Radios
• Cell Phones
• Chargers; etc.

Note: batteries/light bulbs are not accepted, but can be recycled elsewhere

*E-waste should not be placed in regular trash or bulk trash. As they have toxic chemicals that can not be disposed of at the landfills.*

Tree Commission Meeting - Sept 16, 2019

All Mount Rainier residents are invited to our next tree commission meeting. We'll be talking about how to help homeowners with tree issues, the ongoing levee project and replacement trees we should be receiving from that, our plans for a food forest and more!
